You Are Known

The Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.

I want you to take a deep breath and let these words sink in: “The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7)

Isn’t that a comforting reminder? In a world that often measures worth by appearances and accomplishments, remember that God sees you beyond the surface.

He knows your heart, your intentions, your struggles, and your victories.

Your true beauty radiates from within, where your love, kindness, and resilience reside. Embrace your uniqueness, for God crafted you with love and purpose.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of comparison and self-doubt, isn’t it? But Mama, you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

You are a masterpiece in the eyes of the Creator. A masterpiece.

Let’s take a second to define what a masterpiece is:

You are a work of outstanding artistry.

You were not an afterthought. God did not form that (seemingly) perfect mom over there and then say, oh, I have some extra dirt, let me make [your name here]. That’s ridiculous to even think, right?

When you downplay the amazing person that you are, THAT’s what you are implying – that God didn’t know exactly what He was doing when He made you.

Let go of the weight of comparison and embrace the freedom that comes from knowing that you are enough just as you are – exactly how God meant you to be. In Him, your value doesn’t depend on fitting into society’s mold or meeting impossible standards. Your value is rooted in your identity as a beloved child of God.

After hearing that, can you stand tall and remember that your worth is immeasurable, and your uniqueness is a gift to the world?

When those moments of insecurity creep in, lean on God’s truth. Let His words wrap around you like a warm hug, reminding you that you are loved, cherished, and accepted for who you are. You are a remarkable Mom, pouring love and care into your family’s lives. Embrace your quirks, your imperfections, and your journey.

Your worth is not defined by the world’s standards but by the unchanging love of your Heavenly Father. So, keep shining, keep smiling, and keep being the incredible woman God designed you to be, Sister.
